Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I receive email notifications/ confirmation/ reply from PrinterStudio.ca?

If you are not receiving our email, please check your spam folder, junk mail folder or bulk mail folder. To make sure you don't miss any important message from us, please add our email address customer@printerstudio.ca to your contact list. You will find instructions below for each of the major E-mail providers (AOL, Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail).

AOL
  1. Sign into to your AOL account
  2. In your mailbox, click the contact button on the right to add our e-mail address
  3. Enter customer@printerstudio.ca



GMAIL
  1. Sign into to your Gmail account
  2. On the left, click on the "Gmail" icon and click "Contacts"
  3. Click "Add to My Contacts" icon
  4. Enter customer@printerstudio.ca
  5. Now click "Add"


HOTMAIL
  1. Login to your Hotmail account
  2. Click on the Options link in the upper right hand corner and click "More option..."

  3. On the right, click on the "Safe and blocked senders" to go to the mail options

  4. Click "Safe senders"

  5. Type PrinterStudio.ca under "Sender or domain to mark as safe:"
  6. Click the "Add to list" button


YAHOO MAIL
  1. Sign into your Yahoo! Mail account
  2. Click "Options" in the upper left hand corner and select "Mail Options"
  3. Click Filters
  4. Click the "+ Add" button
  5. Enter a name Under "Filter Name"
  6. Next to Sender, select contains and enter PrinterStudio in the text field
  7. Select "Inbox" under "deliver the email to the following Folder"
  8. Click the "+ Add" button again
